The Company's DRAM products are classified as Core DRAM or Specialty memory. Their Core DRAM products consist of double data rate synchronous DRAM (DDR) and DDR2. Their Specialty memory products include legacy DRAM, pseudo-static RAM (PSRAM), mobile SDRAM and reduced latency DRAM (RLDRAM) products.
