Mosel Vitelic makes memory integrated circuits and related products for computing, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and other applications. The company focuses on dynamic random-access memories (DRAMs) and DRAM modules, but also makes high-speed static random-access memories (SRAMs), flash memories, microcontrollers, recording chips, and system-on-a-chip products. Most of the company's chips are tested at its ChipMOS subsidiary after being manufactured by ProMOS Technology.
